Undocumented immigrants, in particular, have contributed $13.3 billion to Social Security and $3.3 billion to Medicare in 2016 alone, according to the latest available data. Moreover, the entrepreneurial spirit of over 40,000 immigrant business owners in Central Florida has created job opportunities that benefit our entire community.
